I had been trying to get a resolution from Opus since July 2023, and had been getting nowhere. Incorrect information, actions not carried out, repeated phone calls, emails etc to point I was getting so upset and stressed. I had moved out of a property in July, gave a final meter reading but no-one seemed to be able to close the account and refund money taken. In desperation I contacted Opus through X (formerly twitter) and spoke to Gavin. Within hours he has resolved my query, closed my account and issued a refund. My sincere thanks go to him and whatever position he holds in the company he should be promoted (and all the other call centre employees I spoke to demoted!) Thank you Gavin
